Your heroine is finally getting her wish, a loved one who has been sick in the hospital for a year is finally going home. Once the loved one is home, everything changes. Why? What happens? Who is the loved one and why were they sick?
For example, maybe the loved one is a child and the child coming home brings the doctor and your heroine together. Or perhaps the child, as in the picture, receives a visit from a few military men and your heroine finds herself falling for one of them.
