Picking flowers. Your heroine is picking flowers with someone (maybe a niece or a grandmother – it’s a sweet scene). She finds something on the ground. It makes her uneasy.
What does she find?
For example, maybe she finds something as gruesome as a human foot. Or maybe she finds a piece of jewelry. It could be a letter, a digital recorder, a book…anything really.
But the mood changes quickly from fun and sweet to ominous. Set the scene.
