Your heroine is out on the roads during a terrible storm. She’s by herself when her car is caught in a torrent of water. Unsure of what else to do, she jumps from the car and makes her way to safety.
Her two feet on the ground, she sees a man trying to help someone from the water. She joins him in the rescue attempt.
They’re unsuccessful and spend the next 24 hours trying to survive.
